The returns period is 14 days after Australia Post mark item as being delivered, after this time frame we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If an item is faulty, it needs to be posted back to Bubbles Creations and Design at the cost of the buyer. On inspection if we deem it to be faulty we will replace the item and refund the cost of return postage back to the buyer.
We do not offer Change of mind Refund.
Personalised items can not be refunded. Original postage costs will not be refunded on any returns products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If you have put in the incorrect address it is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping redirection.
Sale or Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Partial refunds will not be returned if you have forgotten to use a discount code.
Replacement or Exchanges are only available on damaged or defective items - in this case the same item will be sent out.

Local Pick-up is also available, if selecting this option at checkout and you are NOT able to collect from Mudgee NSW 2850, an invoice will be sent for appropriate shipping method.
Standard Postage times with tracking can take up to 15 business days to arrive.
Express Postage can take between 1-5 Business days.
Delays may occur based on your location and during times of increased postal use (eg. Christmas, public holidays)
What Is The Turnaround Time ?
Each item listed, is either ready made, or made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be made and shipped. If you are in a rush for your order, you must contact us prior to ordering, if we are able to meet your deadline, we will then tell you to proceed to select the"Rush my order" fee and/or Express Post shipping option.

Yes we sure do. To make a custom order please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can message our Facebook page and we can create something custom for you. Do not add a Custom Request to 'notes' at checkout and assume it is do-able.
